 A couple of things I need to ponder about the future of dirtyasscreedsecrets

• As much as I want our Dreamwidth community to be the main account, fact of the matter is most of the people who follow us are still on Tumblr and we cannot expect them to jump ship and join DW. So, crossposting on both sites will still be a thing. The crosspost script I installed sadly does not work anymore after our Tumblr blog got marked off.
• I want to bring back Sinful Gif Days, and I think the DW community is perfect for it. We can make a post on our Tumblr page linking it here.
• Since you cannot 'like' a post here, I want to encourage people to leave the heart emoji as a comment here.
• I feel like making a video showing how to join and the basics of Dreamwidth would be a good idea for people who are unsure of joining here....?

To be quite frank, with all these said, I feel like this is  just a temporary solution. I am uncertain of how our run in Dreamwidth will turn out. It really depends on where fandoms will migrate. As much as a part of me yearns for the good old days of LJ-style communities, another part of me knows that the way we browse our content has changed drastically over the years.
